My name is Danielle McManus. I grew up in Rockland County, New York and attended Clarkstown South High School. I played four years of varsity soccer in High School and received All Section and All League. I also played on a nationally ranked travel soccer team all through middle and high school. I am a graduate from The University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Performance with a concentration in Recreation Leadership. I am completing my Masters of Arts in Teaching Degree in Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy at Manhattanville College.

I have been involved in sports from a very young age and have played many different sports competitively such as basketball, soccer, volleyball and softball. I was the captain of my travel and high school soccer team. I have taken a leadership role in all aspects of play and enjoy teaching fellow athletes the importance of staying active and fit. Working at Blast Sports Camp was my favorite summer job. I had the opportunity to work with children from the ages of seven to 15 and taught them the importance of having fun, improving their athletic skills, and working together to achieve a goal. In my spare time, I enjoy drawing and playing instruments.

My number one priority is getting young people away from their screen and onto the field! :)))
